I am a graduate from the Glasgow School of Art where I studied Ceramic Design for 4 years. Here are some images of my work both past and present and a little information about what I'm up to. Hope you enjoy!

Fettes Exhibition December 09

This series of work was inspired by my daily commute between Glasgow and Edinburgh. I drew influence from the diverse architecture of both citys. Glasgow's industrial history mixed with its contempory buildings and Edinburgh's romantic historical streets.

  1. Hey Kayleigh,

Hope you are well, good too see you are still doing the cermaics! I am rather missing it myself of late. I just saw the link to your blog on facebook and got interested as I've just started one myself this year, about my work placement with the forestry commission.

I really like these pieces, nice textures and colour and pretty abstract. What is the inspiration behind them? a couple of them remind me of bits of rusty metal, old ships or buildings. Very nice.

    Well, take care. x
